- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Muggle Case cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Muggle Case.
